This incident resulted in the partial closure of the CTA tunnel and the Terminal 3 car park.

An additional two individuals are now in custody related to a robbery at London's Heathrow Airport where over twenty individuals were injured by a substance believed to be an irritant spray, according to law enforcement.

A 24-year-old man, was arrested in Lambeth for suspected robbery and assault and a 23-year-old woman was arrested for suspected conspiracy to commit robbery. Both individuals are still being held, the force said.

The arrests follow a probe into an assault at the multi-level parking garage at Terminal 3 this past Sunday. Prior to the attack, two women had stolen from them their suitcases upon exiting a parking garage elevator.

A toddler aged three was among the injured in the event. Five people were taken to the hospital for treatment and were later released.

Officers arrested a 31-year-old man for suspected robbery and assault near the location. He was subsequently released pending further inquiries while inquiries continue.

Authorities were alerted at about 8:10 in the morning GMT after reports came in regarding several individuals hurt by a noxious substance believed to be an irritant spray.

The attack - which authorities stated was isolated and not considered terrorism - caused train delays and the partial closure of the Central Terminal Area tunnel and the T3 car park for a short time.
